Savory Vegetable Beef Stew Recipe

2 medium carrots cut into pieces (1 inch)

1 – 2 cup beef broth

1 medium onion, cut into tiny wedges

1 medium potato, cubed and peeled

1 batch Beef Stew Mix, thawed

1 celery rib cut into pieces

1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon cornstarch


1.    Combine carrots, onions, celery, potato and broth in a big saucepan

2.    Bring to a boil, reduce heat

3.    Cover and simmer 20 minutes or less. Keep simmering until the veggies become tender

4.    Stir in beef mix

5.    Mix water with cornstarch until smooth, then stir into the sauce

6.    Bring to a boil

7.    Cook and stir for about 2 minutes until the dish thickens.

8.    Start serving hot
