1 can tuna, drained and flaked

1/3 cup mayonnaise

¼ cup green onions, sliced

½ cup celery, chopped

1 cup peas, thawed and frozen

2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted

1/8 teaspoon curry powder

½ teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup noodles (chow mein)

Lettuce leaves (optional)

Dash garlic powder

 

Tips:

·       Aside from Tuna, you can any  other quality  fish type such as trout, haddock, salmon, tilapia, cod and so on

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.

 

Directions:

1.    Use a large bowl to combine tuna, celery, onions and peas.

2.    Use another bowl to mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic power, and curry powder. Stir into the tuna mixture.

3.    Stir in almonds.

4.    Top with noodles

5.    Start serving. You can serve on lettuce if you want.
