Spicy Steamed Fish Recipe

Steamed fish recipe is indeed one my favorites! It’s very quick and easy to follow. My wife loves it a great deal. I highly recommend it to all healthy eaters. You can enjoy the delicacy if you take time to follow the preparation instructions.

Steamed fish can be very spicy and delicious especially when it’s prepared with vegetables. You can use diverse kinds of seafood products to get the delicacy prepared. You can take it alongside other dishes especially during lunch and dinner. Given below is a simple recipe to follow:


Prep Time:  10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 1 serving

 

Ingredients:

1 whitefish fillet

2 teaspoons lemon juice

½ cup zucchini, sliced

½ cup carrot, thinly sliced

¼ teaspoon dill weed

½ teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes

 

Tip:

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.

 

Directions:

1.    Prepare the fish and place it on a heavy-duty foil measuring 15” x 12”.

2.    Add the vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley, lemon juice, dill and lemon-pepper.

3.    Fold the foil over and in edges twice to form a pouch.

4.    Place on a baking sheet

5.    Bake for 20 minutes or less at 4500. Keep baking until the vegetables become tender and fish flakes easily with a fork.

6.    Gently open pouch and all the steam to emit.

7.    Start serving.
