Delicious Steam Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound salmon fillets cut into 1 inch cubes with skin removed

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

2 tablespoon olive oil

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 bunch broccoli, sliced

¼ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 large yellow summer squash, sliced

1 whole garlic bulb, peeled and separated

1 large red onion sliced into wedges

 

Tips:

·       The fish can be of any quality type such as trout, salmon, tilapia, whitefish and so on

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.

 

Directions:

1.    Use a small bowl to mix oil, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

2.    Thread the salmon, broccoli, onion, squash and garlic clove on 24 wooden skewers.

3.    Spoon lemon juice mixture over the kabobs.

4.    Place the skewers in a steamer basket and then place in a large saucepan over 1 inch water.

5.    Bring to a boil, cover and steam for 15 minutes or less until the vegetables become tender and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

6.    Start serving immediately.
