Palatable Snapper Fish Recipe

Bake Time: 25 minutes

Yield: 6 servings



1 pound red snapper

1 tablespoon butter

2 chopped celery ribs

2 medium onions, sliced

1 teaspoon curry power

¾ teaspoon salt

¼ cup milk



·       The fish can be of any quality type such as cod, ocean perch, flounder, haddock, red-snapper  and so on. The choice is yours to make.

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.



1.    Grease a 13” x 9” baking fish and place the fish in it

2.    Gently fry onion and celery in butter using a large skillet. Keep frying until tender.

3.    Stir in curry powder and salt.

4.    Remove from heat and whisk in milk.

5.    Spoon over fish.

6.    Bake uncovered for 25 minutes over 350o. Keep baking until the fish flakes smoothly with a fork.

7.    Start serving.
