Savory Smoking Fish Recipe

You’ve got to follow a simple smoking fish recipe if you truly want to eat healthy. It’s indeed very unique and easy! All you need is to secure the recommended ingredients and then follow the simply directions given.

Prep Time:  10 minutes

Bake Time: 35 minutes + 4-8 hrs chilling

Yield: 16 servings



1 – 2 pounds salmon fillet

1 – 2 tablespoon Liquid Smoke

½ teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoon brown sugar

2 teaspoon salt



·       You can substitute salmon with any other type of fish such as trout, tilapia, whitefish and so on

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.



1.    Coat an 11” x 7” baking pan with a quality cooking spray.

2.    Place the salmon on the pan and skin it.

3.    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and brown sugar.

4.    Sprinkle with Liquid Smoke.

5.    Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or less.

6.    Drain and discard the liquid.

7.    Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or less at 350o. Keep baking until the fish flakes smoothly with a fork.

8.    Cool to room temperature

9.    Cover and refrigerate again for up to 8 hours. You can also refrigerate overnight to bring out more flavors.

10. Start serving.
