Tasteful Smoked Fish Recipe

Smoked fish recipe is very easy and quick. We love following it regularly at home. It’s easy to prepare a healthy delicacy when you follow the baking guideline. You don’t need to spend much time.

You can prepare the smoked fish with any quality seafood product such as salmon, cod, haddock, tilapia, tuna, and so on. The ingredients are very easy to come by. The delicacy can serve for your breakfast. You can also use it for your lunch or dinner. The recipe is here:


Prep Time:  10 minutes

Bake Time: 35 minutes + chilling

Yield: 16 servings



1 lb salmon fillet

2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke

½ teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoon brown sugar



·       You can substitute salmon with any other type of fish such as cod, haddock, trout, tilapia, whitefish and so on

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.



1.    Coat a baking pan measuring 11” x 7” with cooking spray and place the salmon fillet on it.

2.    Sprinkle with brown sugar, pepper and salt.

3.    Drizzle with Liquid Smoke.

4.    Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or less

5.    Drain the liquid and discard it.

1.    Bake at 350 o uncovered for 45 minutes or less. Keep baking until the fish flakes smoothly with a fork.

2.    Allow to cool in room temperature

3.    Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 8 hours

4.    Start serving.
