1 can pink salmon

1 can ripe olives, pitted and drained

8 green onions, sliced into 2 inch pieces

8 drops Liquid Smoke (optional)

2/3 cup Mayonnaise




·       You can substitute salmon with any other type of fish such as cod, haddock, trout, tilapia, whitefish and so on

·       Use assorted crackers.

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.



1.    Remove bones from the salmon, drain and flake it.

2.    Place the onions and olives in food processor or blender. Cover and process for 15 seconds.

3.    Add Salmon and Mayonnaise. Include Liquid Smoke if you want.

4.    Start processing until the dip reaches the level you want.

5.    Chill for some time before serving.

6.    Serve with assorted crackers.
