Tasty Simple Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed

½ cup red grapes, seedless

1 julienned celery rib

½ teaspoon salt

1/3 raisins

½ cup mayonnaise

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/3 cup pecans, chopped

Lettuce leaf

Tomato slices (optional)

 

Tips:

·       The mayonnaise can be of any quality brand. You can use the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise or any other nice brand.

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.

 

Directions:

1.    Combine the chicken, raisins, celery and grapes in a large bowl.

2.    Use a smaller bowl to mix mayonnaise, pepper and salt. Add to the chicken mixture.

3.    Toss to coat

4.    Stir in pecans

5.    Garnish with tomato if you desire.

6.    Serve on lettuce leaf. You can also serve with your favorite vegetables.
