Ingredients

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs

4 oranges roughy fillets

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

¾ cup milk

 

Tip:

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.

 

Directions:

1.    Grease a baking dish and place the fish inside it.

2.    Preheat the oven to 4000. Brush with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

3.    Bake for 20 minutes or less until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

4.    Use a small saucepan to combine milk and flour until it gets smooth.

5.    Bring to a boil

6.    Cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened

7.    Stir in cheese and mustard until the cheese melts

8.    Serve with the fish
