Tasteful Rockfish Recipe

Yield: 4 servings



2 pounds rockfish fillets

1 lemon juice

3 tablespoons melted butter

¼ cup white wine

8 slices lean bacon

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard



·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.



1.    Use butter to grease a baking dish measuring 13” x 9” x 2”.

2.    Preheat oven to 4000.

3.    Wash the rockfish fillets and pat dry

4.    Season the fillets with salt, Old Bay and dry mustard on both sides.

5.    Arrange the fish in a single layer on the greased baking dish.

6.    Sprinkle with melted butter, lemon juice and wine.

7.    Top lengthwise   with 2 slices bacon

8.    Bake for 20 minutes or less until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

9.    Start serving immediately.
