Quick Recipe for Broccoli Salad

4 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 can Pineapple Juice containing quality pineapple chunks

1 cup slivered almonds

1 cup halved green grapes

1 cup halved seedless red grapes

2 chopped celery ribs

1/3 cup sugar

1 cup mayonnaise

¼ cup chives, minced



·       The Pineapple chunks can be of any quality brand

·       You can include your favorite fruits

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.



1.     Take some time to drain the pineapple. Set aside 1 tablespoon pineapple juice while you keep the remaining for any other use.

2.    Use a large bowl to combine the pineapple, grapes, broccoli, chives, almonds and celery.

3.    Use a small bowl to combine sugar, mayonnaise and the 1 tablespoon pineapple juice. Then, pour it over the broccoli mixture in the other large bowl.

4.    Toss to coat
