Potato Leek Soup Recipe

2 diced and peeled potatoes (medium sized)

2 cups water

2 cups whole milk

2 cooked and crumbled Bacon strips

1 packages dip mix and leek soup

1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

¾ cup mashed potato flakes


 Combine water with potatoes and bacon.

2.    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat

3.    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until the potatoes become tender

4.    Reduce heat to low. Stir in potato flakes, soup mix and milk

5.    Cook and stir for 5 minutes until the mixture gets heated

6.    Sprinkle with cheese and start serving
