Healthy Peanut Butter And Banana Sandwich

This healthy peanut butter and banana sandwich is a staple in most homes.

If you ask most people what was the first sandwich that they made growing up, they will say peanut butter.

Well this is a variation on the plain peanut butter sandwich that is a favorite for most households.

We kept it lower in fat and calories by not frying the sandwich and not adding honey or bacon.

Now we know that the version that has honey and bacon and that is fried has been referred to as an “Elvis sandwich.

Well, you can certainly add these additional ingredients if you desire, just bear in mind the fat and calories if you are trying to remain health conscious.

The key to this healthy peanut butter and banana sandwich is the high quality wheat bread and the natural peanut butter.
