1 package orange gelatin

1 can sweetened condensed milk

2 packages cream cheese

1 carton whipped topping, frozen and thawed

2 cups boiling water

Fresh mint stem (optional)

Mandarin oranges or Maraschino cherry (optional)

 

Tip

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.

 

Directions:

1.    Dissolve the orange gelatin in water using a bowl.

2.    Use another bowl to beat cream cheese until it gets fluffy.

3.    Blend in the hot gelatin mixture as you beat on low speed. Keep doing it until smooth.

4.    Stir in the milk and whipped topping

5.    Transfer the mixture to a 2 quart serving bowl

6.    Refrigerate until firm

7.    Garnish with oranges, mint or cherry as you desire.

8.    Start serving.
