You can easily get it ready by following the cooking guideline given below:
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 2 hrs
Yield: 6- 8 servings
Ingredients:
2 stalks celery
1 – 4 pounds roasted chickens
2 chopped parsnips
2 turnips
2 chopped carrots
½ bunch fresh dill
2 onions
½ bunch fresh parsley
3 – 4 garlic cloves
Directions:
1. Slice the chickens into pieces and place in a big stick pot
2. Add enough water and place on high heat
3. Add the rest of the ingredients
4. Cut the veggies and add
5. Add the herbs as well
6. Bring to boil and simmer for 2 hours
7. Add salt and pepper as you desire
8. Get the chicken out of the pot and remove all the bones and skin.
9. Put back the chicken into the pot
10. Prepare rice or egg noodles to eat the sauce
11.Start serving as you wish
Tips
· The roasted chickens should be cut into pieces
· You need to add enough water. Add extra if needed
· You can add salt and pepper to taste if desired
