1 cup carrot, chopped

2/3 cup Italian salad dressing (fat-free)

2 ounces whole black olives



·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving.

1.    Put pasta in a small pot and boil  for 10 minutes until it becomes still firm

2.    Add tablespoons of olive oil and salt respectively.

3.    Drain the pasta after boiling. Allow to cool

4.    Add broccoli, onions, olives, carrots and bell pepper

5.    Add dressing

6.    Toss and start serving
