  • Know Your Limits – Remember, it is not only what you eat that makes you healthy, it is also how you eat it. The fact that you are eating healthy meals does not mean you should overeat. Know your limits. Think smaller portions of food per time. If you must eat outside, make sure it is not a super-sized dish.
  • Be Creative - You may talk with an expert if there is the need. Fill up your meals with vegetables and fruits, healthy carbs and whole grains. Make sure you put protein in perspective and make sure you do not take too much of it too. Include calcium for strong bones, limit sugar and salt and of course, be careful for high fat foods.
