Nectarous Grilled Fish Recipe

Grilled fish recipe is quick and hearty! We love following it regularly in our home. I’m sure you would like to try it! You don’t need to spend much time in getting the delicacy prepared. The recommended ingredients are very easy to come by.

Grilled fish can be prepared with red snapper, haddock, halibut, salmon, trout or any other type of seafood product. The delicacy can be taken as a delicious meal. It can also be combined with other healthy dishes. Given below is a simple recipe to follow:

 

Prep Time:  5 minutes

marinating Grill Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

 

Ingredients:

4 red snapper fillet

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

¼ teaspoon dried oregano, thyme and basil

¼ teaspoon white pepper


Tips:

·       You can substitute snapper with any other type of fish such as salmon, trout, tilapia, whitefish and so on

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.

 

Directions:

1.    Oil the red snapper with spoon

2.    Mix all the seasonings and sprinkle over the  fish pressing both sides

3.    Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes

4.    Use long-handled tongs with a moist paper tower and cooking oil to coat the grill rack.

5.    Grill the fillets while covered over medium heat for 5 minute or less. Keep doing that until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

6.    Start serving.
