2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with the olive oil.
Grill for about 15 to 20 minutes (turning every 5 – 7 minutes on each side)
Add coal to grill, stack in the shape of a pyramid.
Spray on lighter fluid and step back, light with a match or a lighter.
After 25 minutes the coals should be gray, if so, you are ready to grill.
Spread coals evenly.
