Quick Fried Fish Recipe

With a simple fried fish recipe, you can prepare a healthy delicacy on regular basis. You don’t need to spend so much time since the recipe is quick and easy. You’ve got to gather the right ingredients and then follow the simple directions given.

The fried fish can be prepared with haddock, cod, salmon, trout or any kind of seafood product. You can take it alongside healthy breakfast meal. You can also take it with other dishes during lunch or dinner. You can prepare it on your oven. The simple recipe is given below:          

 

Prep Time:  15 minutes

Bake Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

 

Ingredients:

 1 pound haddock or cod, cut into pieces ¾ inch for each

1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ cup seasoned dry bread crumbs, or crushed wheat crackers

2 tablespoons butter

 

Tips:

·       You can use salmon, trout, tilapia or any other seafood product in place of cod or haddock.

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of servings targeted.

 

Directions:

1.    Grease a 13” x 9” baking dish and place the fish in it.

2.    Brush with butter.

3.    Combine the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over the fish.

4.    Bake at 425 o for 15 minutes or less. Keep baking until the fish flakes smoothly with a fork.

5.    Start serving.
