Spicy Fish Spread Recipe

4 ounces smoked fish

1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Seasoning mix

6 green onions

½ teaspoon lemon juice

1 container whipped cream cheese



·       The smoked fish can be of any quality type such as trout, salmon, tilapia, whitefish and so on

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.



1.    Gently remove bones and skin from the smoked fish

2.    Flake the fish with a fork.

3.    Gently cut the green tops from the onions and then cut the rest into pieces.

4.    Combine the fish and onion with all other ingredients. Blend them well.

5.    Refrigerate to chilling point for at least 1 hour. You can chill overnight to improve the flavor.

6.    Serve the delicacy with crackers, flatbread or bread chips.
