Cook Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 8 servings



1 salmon fillet

½ teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoon lemon juice

¼ cup chicken broth or white wine

½ teaspoon dried tarragon

2 tablespoon butter



·       The amount of ingredient increases or decreases depending on the number of serving.



1.    Pat the salmon dry and place it in a greased baking dish

2.    Brush with butter

3.    Mix all other ingredients and pour over the salmon

4.    Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or less at 4250. Keep baking until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

5.    Start serving
