4 catfish fillets, patted dry

1/3 cup Italian salad dressing (low fat)

¾ cup seasoned bread crumbs



·       You can substitute catfish  with any other type of fish such as salmon, trout, tilapia, cod, haddock, whitefish and so on

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.


1.    Get a deep bowl and place the bread crumbs in it.

2.    Put the dressing in another shallow bowl.

3.    Did the fish fillets in the dressing

4.    Coat with crumbs

5.    Place fish on a rack using a baking pan

6.    Bake at 450 o uncovered for 20 minutes or less. Keep baking until the fish flakes smoothly with a fork.

7.    Start serving
