½ pounds salt cod fish

2 beaten eggs

2 cups raw potatoes, diced

Vegetable oil

1.    Get the cod fish soaked in water overnight then boil it for 2 hours or less

2.    Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil for 20 minutes

3.    Mash the potatoes when they are cooled

4.    Rinse and drain the fish with cold water flake and remove the bones.

5.     Add pepper, butter and fish to potatoes. Mix everything well

6.    Form feathery balls with the mixture

7.    Dip the balls in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs

8.    Fry in deep oil using fryer basket. Keep frying until golden brown

9.    Drain the balls on absorbent paper

10. Serve very hot. You can use cocktail sauce or any other favorite sauce for the serving.
