8 ounces frozen small onion, drained and thawed

2 cups cooked chicken, cubed

1 can drained mushroom pieces and stems

1 package frozen mixed veggies, drained and thawed

1 can condensed and undiluted cream of chicken soup

1 cup potato chips, crushed

½ teaspoon thyme, dried


1.    Combine chicken, mixed veggies, onions, thyme and mushrooms in a large bowl.

2.    Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.

3.    Sprinkle the chips

4.    Start baking uncovered for 55 minutes or less at 3500. Bake until the dish becomes bubbly.

5.    Start serving hot



·       You can still use 10 ounces  frozen mixed vegetables instead of 1 packages

·       You can also use 4 ounces mushroom steps and pieces instead of 1 can

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving.
