You can reduce salt intake by trying your best to avoid restaurants and fast foods, crisps or chips and other salty snacks. Also do your best to avoid canned vegetables and processed foods and canned meats.
  • Sixth - As often as you can replace sugary drinks and coffee with water. Drink about 8 glasses of water every day. It helps your metabolism, detoxifies your body and helps our organs to absorb nutrients better.
  • Seventh - Never skip breakfast – it is the most important meal of the day. Quality and healthy breakfasts give you energy for the whole day.

    If you have weight problems, it's good to know that researches have shown that people who eat breakfast find it easier to control their weight. 

  • Eight - And finally, to help you be healthy, try to get active as much as you can. If you don't have time for the gym or training, you can always take some time to work out at home. Also, if you can, walk the path you usually go with the car, for example, to shop or work.
