Delicious Healthy Salad

Preparing a delicious healthy salad can be very easy when you follow a simple recipe. There are several options at your beck and call. Your aim should be to make the dish nutritious and rich.

Prep Time:  10 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

 

Ingredients:

1 medium onion

4 eggs

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 heads lettuce

2 red peppers

Fresh dressing

Salt and Pepper to taste

Balsamic vingrette

 

Tips:

·       You can still use green peppers or other colors

·       You can also use your favorite dressing and flavors

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of serving targeted.

 

Directions:

1.    Gently cut the lettuce in pieces as you desire and then place in freezer

2.    Place a pan on low to medium heat

3.    Fill the pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil

4.    Cut onion in pieces and place inside the pan

5.    Cut bell pepper in pieces and keep aside

6.    Place another pan on medium to high heat. Use non-stick spray on it.

7.    Whisk the eggs in a bowl

8.    Add salt and pepper to taste as you desire

9.    Add onion with bell pepper and then cover the pan

10. Pour the egg in the  warmed pan, allow to scramble

11. Add the onions and pepper to egg

12. Add 2 tablespoon of balsamic vingrette

13. Allow the egg  to soak in the vingrette as you set the salad on plates

14. Pour egg, pepper, onion and other ingredients over the  dish

15. Serve with  Fresh dressing
