Ingredients:

1 cup oat flour

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon sugar

½ teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons canola oil

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1¾ cup fat-free milk

Directions:

1. Mix the oat flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a big bowl.

2. Add the milk, eggs, vanilla and oil and stir until well mixed.

3. Preheat waffle iron and pour ½ cupfuls of batter into it.

4. Start baking until it turns golden brown.

Yield is 8 waffles.
