Homemade Breakfast Casseroles

Breakfast Casseroles breakfasts are very delicious when properly prepared with right ingredients.

Recipe 1: Simple Casserole Recipe for Breakfast

Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

Prep Time:  15 minutes

Cook Time: 55 minutes

Yield: 4-5 Servings


7 slices white bread

8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

6 eggs

3 cups milk

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

1 cup dry mustard

1 cup bacon

1 cup mild sausage
Tip - The proportions of the ingredients can be higher or lower depending on the number of servings.


1. Cut the bread into cubes and then sprinkle the cheese on the cubes.

2. Beat the eggs and mix them with the milk.

3. Add all other ingredients, including the sausage and bacon. Make sure they blend well before pouring the cheese.

4. Cover the mixture with a foil and refrigerate overnight.

5. In the morning, heat your oven to 350 oF and then bake the mixture for 55 minutes. Your breakfast casserole is ready! You can serve it.

Recipe 2: Sausage Brunch Casserole

Total Time: 1 hour

Prep Time:  10 minutes

Cook Time: 50 minutes

Yield: 6-8 servings


¾ pound breakfast sausage

1 green onion

4 slices bread

4 eggs

1 cup of milk

1 cup dry mustard

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

2 cups cheddar shredded cheese


1. Break the sausage into tiny particles

2. Add green onions and then cook until the sausage becomes tender.

3. Cut the bread into pieces and add.

4. Add the other ingredients and allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for 7 to 10 hours.

5. Set your oven to 325 oF and then bake the mixture for 50 minutes.
