Directions

1. Combine the cooked rice, water chestnuts, sausage, with 1 cup of the cheese. Then add the remaining cheese.

2. Bake at 375 oF uncovered for about 30 minutes

Tips:

• The Ground Sausage can be of any brand.

• You can use 6 ounces of sliced water chestnut instead of 1 can of 8 ounces

• You can also use 16 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese instead of 4 cups
