Ingredients:

8 bacon strips (Wright brand)

8 slices rye

4 lettuce leaves

8 slices tomato

4 slices cheese (Swiss type)

1 pound ready-made chicken salad

1/3 cup honey mustard salad dressing

 

 

Tips:

·       You can either use 8 pumpernickel bread or 8 slices rye

·       The bacon strips can still be of another quality brand.

·       The amount of ingredients increases or decreases depending on the number of servings targeted.

 

Directions:

1.    Use a large skillet to cook bacon strips over medium heat. Keep cooking until they become crisp. Then, drain on a paper towel.

2.    Place the lettuce on 4 slices of bread.

3.     Form a layer with chicken salad, two tomato slices, one cheese slice and two bacon strips.

4.    Spread the dressing on one side of the leftover bread, placing them over the tomatoes.

5.    Start serving immediately
